None! Ab workouts alone don’t develop adequate of a metabolic response in your body to build fat loss.

As a trainer, nutrition specialist, and fitness professional, I normally get asked what the best types of exercises and workouts are for losing stubborn stomach fat so as to bring out visible six pack abs. The issue is the fact that a lot of people with excess stomach fat trying to try to uncover their abs are looking for some “miracle abdominal workout” that’s going to slash the fat off their abs in no time.

No matter how hard you workout, if your meals are chock-full of poor quality stuff, then your abdominals will likely be covered with unsightly fat. Eating right is undoubtedly the “king of obtaining a six pack”.

Put a stop to wasting so much of your time devoted to situps, stomach crunches, leg lifts, and all those stupid useless “belly devices” in your attempts to attempt to create 6-pack abs. Alternatively put emphasis on high intensity full body lifts applying combination multi-joint exercises all strategically mixed into very successful fat burning workouts. Pair that with a healthy diet packed with organic and natural unprocessed whole foods as close to their purely natural condition as possible, and those hard-to-find six-pack six pack abs will almost certainlybe yours in no time!
